If you change your search to 2adults/2children a different 4* property is shown with:

Suite, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Kitchenette, Laundry

and while this property has not yet been identified, it may be Le Parc Suites with more amenities than previously shown the last time reported to the board. As well, this property showns a Tripadvisor rating of 4/5, which is consistent with Le Parc, but even if it's not, at least it's a very good rating so you can be assured that the property is well reviewed by previous guests.

Given the same price, this may actually be the same hotel that is appearing in your post above (since the amenities you are seeing are a subset of the bigger list above, but no evidence of this, and i would be more comfortable buying the one showing for 2adults/2children since it shows a good TA rating (where the 4* for just 2adults is 'unknown' in regards to user reviews)

Likewise, when searching 2adults/2children there is a 3.5* with Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Business... which would be common amenities for this area, but a match for previous reports of the Crowne Plaza so that would be our best guess for that one.
