I did a search for your dates with 2 adults/2 children but I can't get a clean math. But at this stage my thoughts leans to the Holiday Inn Burbank.

In my second search. I alterd the search to 4 adults and in this search I get a clean match for the Holiday Inn Burbank for the same price ($69) as you had on 2 adults/2 children.

So my best guess for this hotel is the Holiday Inn Burbank.

It looks like the Ramada Inn Hollywood near Universal has been downgraded. So that would be my best guess.
