I need to stay in the general Anaheim area but was not fussy exactly where I stayed.

First Bid was for Buena Park - Cerritos- Cypress for a 3.5 * at $38 - Rejected

Second Bid I added Laguna Beach and left it at 3.5* at $40 - Rejected

Third Bid I added Anaheim Hills still at 3.5* at $42 - Rejected

Fourth Bid I added Fullerton-Brea at $45 - Accepted for the 3.5* Crowne Plaza in Fullerton!

No of Nights.... 7 nights

Taxes and Fees...... $48

Total..... $ 362

Excellent results considering I was looking at paying $58 on Hotwire for a similar hotel and ended up getting a higher star rating too. I just discovered this forum and it's been most helpful. :)
