No, we're not really interested in anything other than the price. We've got plenty of time to wait for a better deal. And no, we don't need quad occupancy. I saw on other posts that you suggested adding 2 children to get a more complete listing of amenities.

If a hotel is showing a TA rating, then it should already be showing a complete list of amenities (the reason for showing a shortened list is to disguise the hotel's identity; showing the TA info would defeat the purpose).

Just going by the TA rating, by best guess would be the Executive Hotel Pacific. Judging from the size of the rooms in the TA travelers' photos, it's pretty clear why this hotel wouldn't come up when you switch to quad occupancy.
