Turned out to be exactly the Hotel I wanted. I had no luck trying to work the system low-balling on PRICELINE in the 60-105 range and was scared to select other zones after going down to 3 stars because I worried there were actually 3-stars in the other areas. So I tried HOTWIRE and bingo!
