Neither of the above properties have been identified (we don't see many users heading to this area).

If i were to take a guess, the 3* might be the Holiday Inn... the 2.5* the Residence Inn, Fairfield Suites, Country Inn and Suites, or something similar along those lines.

Didn't end up staying in Manassas. We stayed at the Westin Tyson Corners for $69.
