The property above has not yet been identified. If i were to take a guess i think the Holiday Inn Express or the La Quinta would be among the possible outcomes.

Also, if you change your search to 2adults/2children note that a 'different' property is shown for the same $49/nite with:

Suite, Pool, Fitness, Complimentary Breakfast, Kitchenette, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Laundry

... this property has not yet been reported to the board either, but thes amenities have previously been associated with the 2.5* Bradford Homesuites. Since last reported to the board, the Bradford Homesuites have been converted to a Summerfield Suites, so i'm guessing / speculating that this may be the Summerfiend Suites, upgraded to a 3* since changing owership.
