Used your link to HOTWIRE. I'm fine with this, but was thinking beforehand that I might get the Wingate. For future reference (or so someone else can figure it out), was I mistaken based on amenities?

WOW! I thought Sheraton Suites was always a 3.5*

There is a 3.5* with same amenites for April 3rd for 71$. I am wondering whether this is also the Sheraton Suites

Can you please confirm the star rating of the Sheraton Suites... still viewable by going to HOTWIRE and clicking the MY ACCOUNT link near the top right of their home page.

Regarding your thinking you might be receiving the Wingate with this purchase, that property has never been reported with a Restaurant icon (i don't think they have one), which the hotel you purchased does, so that would have been an indication that this may be a different hotel and to inquire further (always feel free to ask the board for help and/or confirm what you believe you're seeing)

If this property has indeed been downgraded to the 3* level, the 3.5* you're seeing for your own stay is a different property.

Please follow-up your Hotwire Kingston thread with whatever you ended up doing for that stay.
