Priceline Hotel: London - May 10th to May 12th

Hi,

I am new to this website as well as new to priceline & hotwire bidding.

I would request your help in booking a hotel for 2 nights preferably with The Rubens at the Palace (Area WestMinister).

My dates of stay are 05/10 - 05/12

I believe hotwire doesnt have this hotel...so I would like to try priceline.

When I tried priceline, the starting price its accepting is $72...once I reserve my name with the bid ($72), after taking the cc details, would it display the name of the hotel or not?

If it doesnt, what should I do in finding the hotel of my desire. Please advice.

Appreicate any guidance.

Please start with reading this I've never used Priceline or Hotwire

If you're not willing to accept any unkown hotel in WestMinister zone is HOTWIRE a better option for you. Since you can't target a specific hotel with PRICELINE.

PRICELINE reveals the name at the hotel after your bid has been accepted.

Please use the boards PRICELINE link for all your bidding.

PRICELINE has TWO SEPARATE areas. The first is where you actually select which hotel you want and pay for it. The second is the bidding area, which you enter by hitting "Name Your Own Price" various places on the first area.

I am wondering if maybe you were just on the first area? And never actually got into the bidding area?
