Also, what is your budget for this stay? Would you really consider a condo property for $200+ per nite when there is a similarly rated hotel for roughly half the price? :)

My travel dates are 3/19 - 3/24 (5 nights). I am looking for an oceanfront room but maybe that can be achieved by e-mailing the General Manager prior to our departure. Also, the two that seem to fit our preferences (direct beach access, oceanfront rooms, on-site restaurant, etc.) are Ocean Manor and Bahia Mar. Any opinions of those two places and/or whether or not they are associated with HotWire is much appreciated.

The 3.5* is a match for the Gallery One Doubletree Guest Suites and the 4* is a match for the Il Lugano so that would be my best guess for each.

The hotel just opened Sunday, 3/15/09 and is very nice. We are here for one more night and have enjoyed our stay thus far. One tip, since they are new and are trying to leave a lasting impression, if you mention that you are interested in an oceanfront or intercoastal front room, they will more than likely upgrade you for no charge (YMMV).
