For the price, can't go wrong. I've stayed here before and meets my requirements as I just need a safe place to sleep. If you don't need a lot of amenities this is the place to be. It does have a nice pool, continental breakfast, nice grounds, access to a gym, bar and grill on-site and walking distance to downtown.
