Priceline Hotel: 2.5* Charlottesville Holiday Inn University Area

Used PRICELINE link from Betterbidding. Tried $45 *3 and did not receive a room. I lowered it to *2.5 and raised to $47 and won the Holiday Inn University Area Charlottesville, which others have won for the same price as a three star. It is listed as 2.5 now so it must have been demoted by Priceline.
