inspiration100
Curious if anyone has statistics... for hotels that use priceline I wonder what percentage of guests purchased through priceline? Is it a high percent or fairly low?Just random thought I had. The Seattle hotel guy.... Stayed in 14 hotels downtown and counting! trailrunner
Interesting thought...I'm not in the know to answer your question, but I've found several articles indicating that priceline usage is up, by quite a bit it seems too. Current economic conditions don't stop us from traveling, we just shop differently :)Here's one: http://www.travelpulse.com/Resources/Editorial.aspx?n=52057 Link to comment
AaronJB
I think the other issue is the amount of return users that PRICELINE will get ever after an economic turnaround occurs. Many were likely driven to PRICELINE for deals during this time period, but if things get better, many of them will probably not see any reason to go back to paying full price. Link to comment
