Based on the TripAdvisor ratings, it is The Venetian not the Wynn. I've been looking at that myself. But am 100% positive based on the amount of ratings that it is The Venetian.

I booked the Venetian yesterday (3/15) for $95 and it listed all the amenities in your message except you don't have spa listed. The TripAdvisor rating of 1780+ is what I saw when I reviewed the amenities.
