Sigep_bwc Posted March 15, 2009 Report Posted March 15, 2009 Hello ... I have seen on the board that several people have gotten the Grand Hyatt for the dates between 3/18 - 3/24 or so. I am looking to stay 3/19 - 3/21. I started bidding 60$ 4 star then re-zoned. Next I went up to 65$ and then up to 70$ and re-zoned. After several attempts, I now bid 110$ which they won their offer on 4* Rivercenter and didn't win. Any ideas or help on what I should do? Should I bid for one night and then try the add a night feature?Should I up my offer a bit more? I am fairly new to this site and in a bit of a crunch so any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank You
thereuare Posted March 16, 2009 Report Posted March 16, 2009 Welcome to BetterBidding! If you do choose SPLITTING YOUR PRICELINE BID are you willling to change hotels for this 2 nite stay? If you are successful for one nite i doubt you'll currently be successful extending your stay for the additional nite at the same rate. How high are you willing to bid for a 4* in this zone for these nites? Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. Sigep_bwc Posted July 23, 2009 Author Report Posted July 23, 2009 I ended up booking the Grand Hyatt for the weekend for 114 a night with a little work done. It was new and we had a great time on the Riverwalk. Thanks for all your help.
