Checked HOTWIRE for Santa Barbara Hotel, 3*, from 7-13-09 through 7-17-09 and got: 3*, Boutique, Near Beach, Pool, Fitness, Tennis, Spa for $114.00 per nightcould this really be the Hotel Oceana? Seems way too cheap compared to their regular prices?? Thanks for any help....
