I need a hotel room in Omaha for March 26, 2009. Using your HOTWIRE link, these are some of the results I get. Please give me your thoughts on what these properties might be.

4* Downtown $99

The 4* is a match for the Magnolia Hotel so that would be my best guess. No guess for the 3* but with so few amenities, and a different set (of just few amenities) appearing for my own search for your date, i suspect this is a property that does have more amenities but HOTWIRE is only showing a subset of them on any given search.
