Hotwire Hotel: Help identify 4* Louvre June 26- 30 on Hotwire?

I doubt if this is the Westin as it lists only 60+ customer reviews on TA, with a 4/5 rating.

I actually was hoping for the Westin....if I wait a while do you think the Westing will come up for my dates?

HOTWIRE will only show one hotel at each star level per zone (the hote with the lowest price)

So if the Westin is to appear, it would need to offer a price lower than the property above OR the property above would need to either raise its price (above the Westin's rate) or sellout of their current inventory. (at which poin ta different hotel would be offered... which could be the Westin or some other 4* hotel in this zone)
