After following your instructions, I have found Spa Services as well. Does this narrow it down?

I do not see any TripAdvisor ratings, but a low score for a four star does concern me.

This property has not yet been reported to the board (i think this is a fairly new zone) but i'm going to guess the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center... and as noted above, the reviews are not very good.
