Does the 4.5 rating from Trip Advisor limit the hotel to Palomar? It looks like the amenities matches could also be Omni Shoreham or the Hilton Washington & Towers however their ratings are not as high as the Palomar on Trip Advisor. I could book the Omni & Hilton Washington for the same price ($179) or less through other sources. Do I book for the price listed or do I bid. I've never used this site. Thanks,
