Priceline Hotel: 3.5* NYC (Times Square-Theatre District) Sheraton Manhattan

After lurking on the boards and trying a few different strategies I have just booked the Sheraton Manhattan at Times Square for 10th April to the 14th April for $95/night through PRICELINE.

Quick question - did PL lists Sheraton as a 4* or 3.5*?

In other words, did you book with a minimum rating of 4* or 3.5*? Thanks much.

There are two Sheraton properteis about 4 blocks from each other:

3.5* Sheraton Manhattan at Times Square (currently in the Times Square-Theatre District zone)

4* Sheraton New York (currently in the Midtown Central zone)

yep, just to confirm, I did bid at 3.5*

I'd tried a couple of times bidding at 4* and wasn't getting much joy. I could have kept trying but I was impatient to get it booked, for a couple of reasons (planning the rest of the trip, and juggling finances)

There are conflicting reports about the hotel on TripAdvisor but after my stay I will report back so there is a review on this board.
