The Downtown property matches previous reportes for the Lexington, which has since been converted to a Crowne Plaza. This Crowne Plaza has not yet been reported to the board, but assuming the amenities remain the same, this would be our best guess.

The I-Drive North property matches the Doubletree at the Entranace to Universal so that would be our best guess for that one. (it also matches the Crowne Plaza in this zone but the Tripadvisor info suggests the Doubletree is the more likely candidate)

Thanks....this shouldnt be so difficult to decide. if the hotel does not specifiy it is non smoking how to I obtain a non smoking room?

You can't guarantee it, but you can call the hotel after you know the name of the hotel you receive and put in a request for a non-smoking room.

following up--we ended up going just for the event and drove back--decided against staying at a hotel due to some issues with a friend i was meeting up with. didn't post a follow up as i didn't make a reservation anywhere. my apologizes.
