Hotwire Hotel: Help Me Id 4 1/2 * Near Strip East

I am looking for a nice place with a 1 bd suite, I have never used priceline or hotwire before, but thought I might look into it for this trip. I cannot figure out what this result might be:

Near Strip East

Resort

Suite

Casino

Smoke Free Rooms

Pool(s)

Restaurant(s)

Business Center

Kitchenette

It is $129 night 6/30 - 7/4. I really don't want to book unless I can Id the place since I will have my nephew (14) with and want to be sure I will be comfortable with his surroundings.

I've been looking at this location for awhile but pretty sure it's not been identified yet for sure.

I was hoping it's Signature @ MGM Grand but it has the Casino button so am guessing not since you have to talk the walkway to the MGM for a casino.

I saw someone else with a guess once, but pretty sure no one has definitely identified it yet.

So why not go for what is believed to be the Wynn... a first class, 5 star experience, at a great property and a 'true' Las Vegas experience?
