I'm going to guess the La Quinta as it fits the star rating and the amenities are there.

The Quality Suites is similarly rated but i don't see any info tha they have a pool, the Comfort Inn doesn't offer breakfast, and the Courtyard has a restaurant and is more likely rated 3*.

Of course there could always be other hotels that we don't yet know about or considered, but my best guess is the La Quinta.
