Rates are very high, but you can give it a try. You have three re-bid zones when bidding at the 4* level.

This is how i would proceed:

Select 4* DT...

Bid $90, if rejected add Back Bay and...

Bid $100, if rejected add re-bid zone and...

Bid $110, if rejected add re-bid zone and...

Bid $120, if rejected add re-bid zone and...

Bid $130

Not sure if you want to try the above for a couple of weeks before adding the Airport to the mix, but when you're ready for the airport zone let us know and we'll provide an approach for that as well.

Not sure of where you need to be or what your plans are for when you're in town, but although i'm not optimistic about a 4* at $130, i think a bit more might be successful as well as a good chance for success for a 3* at $130. Just some additional things to consider/think about if the above fails.

Feel free to ask any questions regarding the above.

Good Luck and let us know how it goes.
