Used technique that worked for me before. Tried amounts to see when the red field says you have very unlikely chance with that amout.. did not pop up at $44 or higher, then I added 10% and tried $48 for todays one chance and it worked. Funny coincedence that I saw the Director of NH on news program in Spain last week and he was at some major industry conference in the USA.... the only European company there or something like that... and he said he wanted to learn from the US hotel market....
