I am struggling with this. Was hoping it might be Courtyard by Marriott but breakfast is throwing that out I think? Any ideas?

The 4* is a match for the Westin so that would be our best guess for that one.

The 3* has not yet been identified, but i think the Residence Inn Portland Downtown/Lloyd Center would be a pretty good fit.
