wrdtvlr Posted March 5, 2009 Report Posted March 5, 2009 I'd like a 5*, two rooms, in the London Mayfair-Soho area for 7/1/09 - 7/5/09 and I was wondering when would be an ideal time to start bidding. Is now too early to get the best deal?
