Hotwire Hotel: Help for Mag. Mile area week of 4/11

Hi there. This is my first post. I'm thinking of taking my 4 kids to Chicago during the week of spring break. We would likely stay only one night for financial reasons. First priorities would be pool and complimentary breakfast. Everything else is not very important since we won't be in the room much. Two beds is not even a requirement since one is in a playpen and the others don't mind sharing with me or being on the floor in a sleeping bag. We definitely want to be in the Mag. Mile area since we are short on time and will just go to the Lego store, etc.

Hotwire shows only one hotel with comp. bfast--a 3* just south of the river, for $65. Any guesses what this is and what I'd pay for parking?

I have two other options:

1. Use points we earned from our credit card and stay at the Res. Inn. Comp. bfast, light snacks at dinner time, pool, and free parking deal going on. We are hoping to go this route in Nov. for a longer Chicago stay so want the points to accumulate, but maybe could spare enough for one night in April.

2. Best Western River North is advertising $129 rooms. No free bfast, but a great pool and free parking.

I'm questioning whether, by using Priceline or Hotwire and having to pay outright for parking, I'll end up paying close to what I would at the BW or RI. I just don't know what these PL and HW hotels will charge for parking.

TIA! This would be a "bonus" little trip with the kids, husband has to work, so I'd only do it if I could do it really inexpensively.

I'm an idiot. I misunderstood the HW map. The $65 hotel is listed as MM/Streeterville. Amenities are bfast, high-speed, business and fitness.

Rechecked Residence Inn parking deal, and they jack up the price of the room $30 to make up for the parking savings. So that would be $250 worth of our credit card points earned. Not sure if it is worth it.

The hotel in question (3* Mag Mile) would appear to be a match for the Holiday Inn Express (formerly the Cass Hotel).
