thereuare Posted March 4, 2009 Report Posted March 4, 2009 A property with this amenity combination has not yet been identified, however...I'm going to guess that this is the Sheraton Old San Juan and is only showing a subset of the 'full list' of amenities. If you change your search to 4adults a 'new' 3* listing shows in this zone for the same price:Casino, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Tennis, BusinessThe above is a match for the Sheraton Old San Juan and i specualate that this is the same property as in your original post, but if you're interested in this property better to play it 'safer' with a bit more confidence and purchase as above for 4adults and the 'full' amenities. Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help. tklchris2003 Posted March 4, 2009 Author Report Posted March 4, 2009 Thanks. I sent back and reproduced what you said about 4 guests and it matches as you said. I only have 2 guests though. Will Hotwire charge me based on 4 guests rather than 2. I know hotels dont like to reverse any kind of charge especially when dealing with Hotwire and Priceline. If you have any comment, I would appreciate it and will go aheaad and purchade via your link. Thanks again
tklchris2003 Posted March 4, 2009 Author Report Posted March 4, 2009 So I went ahead and pulled the trigger.....Got It !Thanks for your help. I think ill call the hotel and let them know that its only 2 people rather than 4 in hopes of getting a king bed instead of 2 queens....Unless you have a reason that I might not want to.Thanks again, and yes I did use your HOTWIRE link. Final price per night is $79.
thereuare Posted March 5, 2009 Report Posted March 5, 2009 Congratualtions on your success!Glad you received the hotel you were expecting and that you're happy with the results. As long as you know that nobody else will be joining you it's ok to call the hotel and put in a request of a King bed. I would wait a week and then call them, stating that you know two bedded rooms are often in demand so you wanted to let them know that you'll only be two poeple, and if possible you'd like to put in a request for a King bed (this shows that you're being considerate of the hotel and their own needs :) )Thank you for sharing your results with the board and using our HOTWIRE link to begin your purchase.Enjoy your stay.
