Hotwire Hotel: 4* Orlando (Lake Buena Vista-Downtown Disney) Dolphin

I've been trying to confirm that what I'm looking at is the WDW Dolphin Resort.

I used the BB HOTWIRE link of course and searched for a hotel in the orlando area between May 26-May31 and found a 4* with the following amenities:

- Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, Laundry, Hi-speed Internet, Golf, and Tennis

It doesn't list "Resort" anywhere and everything from previous wins on BB show either "Resort" or "Condo" for 4* in Lake Buena Vista - Downtown Disney.

Is it possible they've chosen to hide the Resort amenity? Or is it more likely there is a new hotel in the mix?

Any help is greatly appreciated

Is that the one for $148 in the Lake Buena Vista area? The trip advisor ratings match with the 3.5 out of 5 stars based on 400+ reviews but I'd wait for others to chime in for confirmation.

The above does match the Dolphin but as this property has not been reported in a LONG time can't say for certain... but that would be my best guess.

Does anybody know of any other hotels that would fit that description that may not have been seen on BB before?

I'm thinking of booking for just one night to see what happens and then booking for the rest of the time if it works out.

I see that "Resort" is no longer listed as an amenity on the BB board for the Dolphin. Did someone win it without resort? I didn't see anything listed in the Florida boards to say that.

I think you may be confusing PRICELINE and HOTWIRE...

Priceline uses "Resort" as a star category (ie- better than a 4* but below 5*) where HOTWIRE uses it as an amenity icons to describe the hotel (and doesn't have anything to do with star rating)

Last report of a this property being awarded thru HOTWIRE is here Orlando Dolphin and there is no mention of a Resort icon. Can you provide a link to a HOTWIRE purchase of this property where the Resort icon was shown?
