Hotwire Hotel: 3.5* Miami (South Beach-Oceanfront) The Savoy

Just sharing a successful HOTWIRE bid - assuming that is allowed. We reserved the Savoy in Miami Beach, South Beach Oceanfront, for 166.00 per night using Hotwire for 3/6-3/10. (Amentities listed before included suite, boutique, pool, beachfront, gym, business center, restaurant)

Unfortunately, we've since read horrible reviews of this hotel - over 50% of them saying their stay was horrible because the place is falling apart. Alas - we can't do anything about it now and we'll just have to make the most of it. We were very surprised how expensive the 3 and 4 star hotels were and we were repeatedly unsuccessful on priceline (bidding up to 175 for that time period for a 4 star with no luck).
