mkliao Posted March 1, 2009 Report Posted March 1, 2009 Went up to $70 for a couple times for 3* in CBD and FQ but no success.went down to 2* and included Metairie and got it on the first bid at $55.I am happy enough since its only 10 minutes drive to FQ and it is mardi gras.

vancouver 2010 Posted June 3, 2009 Report Posted June 3, 2009 I'll appreciate if you can share some of your experience at this year Mardi Gras as I'm planning to attend the 2010 Mardi Gras. I'm not sure whether to stay in Metarie or downtown. 2010 Mardi Gras falls on Feb.16 and I intend to visit N.Orleans on feb.4-7, go to a 7 day cruise and be back in NOrleans on Feb.14-17. As this will be my 1st experience, any pointers to make my stay memorable and enjoyable will be very much appreciated. Also did you manage to get 2 double beds instead of a King at the Quality Inn?
