gtannenb
I won this on my second try. My first try was for $37 for a 2.5*. I did not have the luxury of rebidding as I planned this trip on such short notice. Looks like a great place based on the picures on their web site. Link to comment
thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding!Thank you for sharing your winning bid with the rest of the board.Although i have never stayed overnight at this property, i have been inside it many times. They have the nicest lobby in the area and the hotel is quite nice. There were some reports of the rooms not being as nice as the lobby but the hotel was recently renovated so that aspect should be fixed up. There is a comedy club inside the hotel so you may be interested in checking that out if you are looking for something to do on Friday nite. It doesn't appear that you will be there on Sunday morning, but i have heard good things about their buffet brunch as well.REVIEWS seem quite favorable.Enjoy your stay. flyme2
I concur that this is indeed a fine property, one of the best in the Princeton area. Their recent $11.4 million renovation gave the rooms new carpets, wallcoverings and furniture. The large atrium enclosing the lobby, public areas and restaurant is very inviting and even features a koy pond. Parking is free, and the hotel has a shuttle service to nearby offices, malls, train station, etc. A very professional staff. I'm sure you'll be happy staying there. Link to comment
