Priceline Hotel: 3.5* NYC (Times Square-Theatre District) Time Hotel

My parents are now joining us on our trip to the city. They put in a bid at $145/night and got the Time Hotel. I have checked tripadvisor.com and other review sites and it seems to be a pretty decent hotel. The location is great and that is always the biggest factor. The website has rates from $319 so the price is excellent as well. Over all I am pleased we will be only 5 blocks apart, great location, and a great price but can anyone tell me about this hotel??
