:) This febuary 2009 I made some bidding on priceline for a hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. My offer for a four star hotel was 40,- (54,26 include tax) was rejected, the 50,- US (66,15 include tax) was rejected, too. I made the bidding 2 days before arrival. The normal booking on the priceline website was for a four star hotel Holiday Inn Silom 68,- US plus tax. I stop bidding and did NOT book a room at priceline. I think they do not offer a good deal in Bangkok right now. Why should I do the bidding on a unknow hotel just to save 5,- US? I book with Accor Hotels, great selection and price.

I hope this helps you a little bit, keep trying to get a good price!!
