brooklyngirl Posted February 24, 2009 Report Posted February 24, 2009 Booked this through the PRICELINE link on this site. Started at $85, and added areas (MTE and then non-4* districts to re-bid); rejected at $100, but accepted at $102. I notice on the actual Hilton website though the rooms are going for $109 which is really cheap for this hotel and NYC in general.
thereuare Posted February 24, 2009 Report Posted February 24, 2009 Congratulations on your win!Like you, I'm surprised at how inexpensive rooms are directly thru the Hiton Website for these dates.Although the savings didn't amount to much on this purchase, hopefully the hotel will work well for your plans.Thank you for sharing your win with the board and using our PRICLINE link to begin your bidding.Enjoy your stay. brooklyngirl Posted February 24, 2009 Author Report Posted February 24, 2009 Yes, this downtown location will work out well since i'm spending the majority of my time in the LES and brooklyn, both of which are easily accessible from the hilton.
