mykeyhope Posted February 23, 2009 Report Posted February 23, 2009 Had another lovely weekend stay in San Fran and wanted to share my rates with the group.Used the BetterBidding PRICELINE link to stay at Parc 55 - nabbed a $75 rate for each night.I've stayed at a handful of hotels in the Union Square area and I thought Parc 55 had a great room. We were way up on the 19th floor and had read about a couple complaints about late night noise, but it wasn't too bad. There were the occasional sirens -- common in a major city like SF and especially off a major street like Market. One night we had a couple late night howlers from the Tenderloin district, which the hotel borders. All in all, a very clean, safe hotel and the room itself was very nice. It was also quite handy being across the street from the Powell Street station - easy access to BART and MUNI. We'd definitely stay again for the rate.
