thereuare Posted February 24, 2009 Report Posted February 24, 2009 Welcome to BetterBidding!Unfortunately this property has not yet been identified, and there are so many Boutique properties in this area (with most of them offering a Restaurant and Hi-Speed Internet) that i don't think we'll be able to narrow down the possibilities on this one too much.Is there something in particular you need from this stay? abb Posted February 24, 2009 Author Report Posted February 24, 2009 I tried Priceline 4* hotel for the period from 3/14 to 3/19 and reach to $110 and rejected then I tried for the period from 3/16 to 3/19 and reach to $154 and again rejected!!I am planing to stay from 3/14 to 3/19 in south beach and i preferred a 4* hotel in collins avenue near to Lincoln rd. National will be my best one, Ocean dr. will be my second choice.I dont know should i split the period or try it as one period and if the price will go down by the time because now it is highThank you
thereuare Posted February 24, 2009 Report Posted February 24, 2009 Your Saturday nite may be holding you up... both in terms of some hotels may not be allowing Saturday arrivals as well as the higher price point for that nite. What is your maximum bid for this stay? Would the Blue Moon or the Strand work for your needs? Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. abb Posted February 25, 2009 Author Report Posted February 25, 2009 I used to book through Priceline 4* hotels in different cities in U.S. and Canada for less than $100, but i never tried Miami and this why i am surprised about the rejection of $154. So because of this i am wondering about the prices on MiamiThank you

thereuare Posted March 1, 2009 Report Posted March 1, 2009 In all the searches that i have done, i found for a 4* hotel in South Beach more than $300 which is very high.Indicating higher than usual demand for these particular nites... which would imply a higher than usual bid needed to get an accepted bid.Based upon the best available rate you've found at an acceptable hotel, how high are you willing to bid for stay? Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.
