Hotwire Hotel: Help me identify 3.5* Capitol Hill Hotel

I am going to DC at the end of march for a convention. The convention hotel (Hyatt Regancy Capitol Hill) is sold out and HOTWIRE is showing a 3.5* hotel with fitness, restaurant, and business center for $166 a night. Any idea of what hotel could be?

The stay would be March 29-31. Just ran the search again and looks like the same hotel is still coming up. It is the only one available in the Capitol Area, which is where I really need to stay.

I'm seeing a 3.5* hotel in this zone priced at $166/nite but also with a Smoke Free icon... does the hotel you're seeing on your HOTWIRE search have a Smoke Free icon in addition to the amenities you've posted above?

Yes it does. Sorry I just assumed (I know a very stupid thing) that they were all non-smoking.

However, do you need to be in this particular zone? There are other options in neighboring zones which are higher rated, and substantially less expensive, so much so that even taking a 10 minute taxi ride roundtrip once a day would still end up being cheaper than this $166 option (take the Metro and the savings are significant)

Would a scenario such as the above be an option?
