Started bidding yesterday at $80, was counter-offered at $98, I didn't take it. I added the North zone and bid $85 and was declined. Today I bid $90 and was counter-offered at $112, I didn't take it. I added the North zone and bid $95 and it was accepted for the Moevenpick Hotel.

Total price including taxes and fees for 7 nights $758.93

Thank you, I am very happy with the results. I am familiar with the property and the only down side is that it is a bit of a walk to the city center. However for Queens Day it might be nice to be able to get away from the party for a break! I was going to bid 5* but I didn't want to get the Hilton because it is too far from the city centre, I think this property is a little closer. This is my fourth trip to Amsterdam for the end of April and I was very happy with this deal. Thank you for the valuable information here, I have saved a lot of money!
