This property has not yet been identified, but i wouldn't expect too much from it... at best an Extended Stay type of property... at worse a Super 8, Travelodge, Red Roof Inn, Howard Johnson.

If i were to take a guess i think the Howard Johnson Enchanted Land Resort seems like a good fit.
