Priceline Hotel: 4* USE - Park Hyatt 8/20

I tried to get a 4* in USE and then USE or USW for $70, $80 and $90 but was denied.

Tried $92 and got a room at the Park Hyatt in the Union Sq. East./Embarcadero area.

Reservation for 1 night on friday 8/20.

Not as cheap as others have gotten on the board. Not sure why. But still a lot less than retail!

This is an interesting "win" in my opinion as the Hyatt Regency is displaying a rate of $149 for your date. With such a rate, I'm surprised you didn't "hit" the Hyatt Regency in the $65-80 range. Lowest rate for the Park Hyatt is $164. The Park Hyatt is the "cadillac" of Hyatts in SF, so you've struck a great deal. I'm always trying to look for ways to target this hotel, but the lower priced Hyatts are always available the dates I want to go to SF!

A couple of years back the Park Hyatt would regularly hit at $55-60 on weekends. This is the first time I've seen a winning bid for it in awhile. Glad to see it back, as it was my favorite Priceline hotel in the city.

I don't expect it to be as cheap as it was back then, but I hope it pops up more often. Anything to avoid the Hilton.
