The HOTWIRE property is a match for the Plaza 500 so that would be our best guess.

I reserved a room through Hotels.com. But still looking for alternative on HOTWIRE and PRICELINE.

If i could fine a better deal here, will then cancel my booking on Hotels.com

There are several possibilities for the 2.5* hotel in Burnaby-Coquitlam, but whichever hotel this is, it's going to be a long way from downtown Vancouver. There's no need to book a non-refundable room this far in advance in an area that you don't really want to stay in. Hotel rates in Vancouver have traditionally been higher in May than during the winter. However, the economic downturn may cause in drop in tourism and force hotels to lower their rates. For now, I would stick to bidding in Downtown Vancouver only and stay within your limit; rates may come down to meet your price.
