Most likely it's the Park Plaza County Hall which has a 4.0 rating on tripadvisor, a large hotel with capacity to fill.

Second guesses would be the (much more expensive) Marriott County Hall or London Bridge Hotel, both very good properties.

If you're allocated Holiday Inn Southbank you could complain because it's not 4* rated.

The property above has not yet been identified but i don't think it's any of the hotels above as none of them are consistent with the 300+ user reviews that HOTWIRE associates with this property.

My best guess would be the Park Plaza Riverbank.
