Jess5283
I have been looking at these dates for a while and the 5 star hotel just changed. The amenities are listed below:CasinoFitnessPoolRestaurantBusiness CenterSpa$132 a night and there arent any trip advisor reviews. Any help would be great! Thanks! Link to comment
blindman
Welcome to Betterbidding!Interesting list of amenities there (or not there!)Looks on the face of it to be the Wynn (from the Las Vegas list)as it's not a customer favourite (the Venetian is).If one builds a package then the Venetian is the only 5* that pops up for your dates. :) My best guess is it's the WynnPlease use the HOTWIRE link if you procede and let us know what the outcome is! Jess5283
Thanks for your response! Are there any other 5 * hotels with casinos in central strip other than The Wynn/Encore, Venetian, or Palazzo? I am ok with anyof these so I may go ahead and book. I'll let you know what I find out. mmp
Sorry if this is not pertinent to this thread, but I am also watching Las Vegas posts; per "blindman"'s comment, can someone explain, or is it in the FAQ's, what "Customer Favorite" means on the hotel listings? Thanks! Link to comment
thereuare
It's a marketing thing used by HOTWIRE which implies that they've received favorable reviews from users for that particular property. If you do a HOTWIRE search, on the bottom right of each offering box where you see "Lowest Price Guaranteed" and/or "Best Value", sometimes there will be one that reads "Customer Favorite". When HOTWIRE first started this was helpful in determining hotels, but it's much less so now, as we've seen this designation come and go, even for the same hotel, from one search to another, even when the searches were done back-to-back.Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. mmp
Thanks for the explanation of the "Customer Favorite" comment...helps me to decide how much weight I'll give to that when deciding on what to choose. Will be sure to use your PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to start my booking. Thanks again and thanks for this site! Link to comment
