Priceline Hotel: 2.5* Orange County (Anaheim Hills) Ayres Suites Yorba Linda

There are no free rebid zones for a 2.5* in Orange County but I would have been happy in either the Laguna Hills/Mission Viejo or Anaheim Hills zone. I opened with $45 for a 2.5* in Laguna Hills/Mission Viejo which was rejected with a counter offer to add $13 to my bid. Next bid was for $48 adding the Anaheim Hills zone. This was accepted for Ayres Suites Yorba Linda.

In retrospect, what I should have done was bid $45 for Anaheim Hills as my second bid then, if that was rejected, bid $48 with both zones Laguna Hills/Mission Viejo and Anaheim Hills.
