Val8 Posted February 11, 2009 Report Posted February 11, 2009 If anyone can help ID this property, it is for 3/20/-09 - 3/23/09. I'm hoping it's the Signature?3.5* Condo in Near Strip SouthAmenities:-Condo-Suite-1 Bedroom-Fully equipped kitchen -Free parking-A/C-Fitness Center-PoolsIt showed a 4.0 out of 5 rating on Trip Advisor. I've looked at this forum and haven't found anything with 3.5 stars that's a condo in near strip south. Please help, thanks!!!(I wish I did this yesterday, if it is the Signature...today it's 89/night, yesterday it was 62/night!)

Val8 Posted February 13, 2009 Author Report Posted February 13, 2009 I would prefer a condo, something of similar quality to the Signature. I particularly like the Signature due to its connection to the MGM Grand and ease in getting to the strip. I don't really want a rental car, but I like the quiet/non gaming portion and uncrowded pools. As far as hotels, I'd prefer to go 4* or up, and I do not at all like the Venetian. If you have any other suggestions, I'd love them...that seems to be an expensive weekend (at least the F/Sat part) and I'd like to not spend too much. Thanks!!

Val8 Posted February 14, 2009 Author Report Posted February 14, 2009 After my initial searches on HOTWIRE, I thought that was the way to go, it was $92/night (it might be a little more now)...but then I did some research and it got inconsistent reviews (a lot quite unfavorable) on trip advisor and I got kind of scared away from it.
Val8 Posted February 19, 2009 Author Report Posted February 19, 2009 Closing this thread out...I never found out what hotel/condo it was and decided not to book it. Thanks.

It seems like the best deal given the rates that weekend. Thanks!
