Center City East / West or Olde town areas are fine. I'd like a 3* or better. Preferably under $100.

1) Crowne Plaza

2) Sheraton University City Hotel(??) <-- this property was last reported at the 3.5* level so i'm sepculating that it has been downgraded to a 3*... no evidence of such yet, but the Tripadvisor information provided by HOTWIRE does match

3) Holiday Inn
