The amenities are fairly common, there's no Tripadvisor information, and there's not much knowledge to be gleaned from either Hotwire or the hotel list in this forum. Therefore, it's impossible to make more than an educated guess of the hotel's identity. But I'm willing to give it a try.

From experience, I've found that

1. Hotwire's ratings tend to be similar to Expedia's (they're owned by the same company), though they're not always the same.

2. Unless you're bidding in an area with a lot of hotels (with a lot of excess rooms that need filling), Hotwire generally doesn't offer very big discounts.

Operating under those assumptions, my best guess is the Ramada Hotel and Suites Surrey. It's currently listed at $78 on Expedia (non-refundable); the non-refundable rate on Ramada's website is about the same. Other possibilities are the Compass Point Inn and the Best Western King George Inn, but I think the Ramada is the most likely.
